This was a drawing I did before the third Hellsing came out in Japan.. before the doctor had an official set of colors. 
I was gonna draw him throwing syringes... a wolfenstein 3D reference to Dr. Schabbs, who throws syringes as his weapons. Funny, too, to note that Dr. Schabbs also has bloodstains on his suit.
